Contents Rovos Shongololo ClubThe Rovos Shongololo Club from Rovos Rail is designed to reward their frequent travellers, in keeping with their ethic of a high standard of personal service whilst meeting the individual needs of valued guests. The Rovos Shongololo Club is an extension of this policy, giving the company an opportunity to thank guests for their support and loyalty through a personalised incentive-based programme. Luxury Train Club Members get a further 2.5% discount after the deduction of the Rovos Shongololo Club discount. Below, on this page, you will find the discount structure for Rovos Shongololo Club Members. Eligibility begins after the second booking (with the third reservation) on either Rovos Pride of Africa or the Shongololo Express. These discounts are available to Rovos Shongololo Club Members only. Related bookings are subject to availability. Discounts are not applicable when special rates, charter rates or event rates are booked. Complimentary journeys are not applicable if any discount other than the stipulated Club discount has been applied. Rovos Shongololo Club Members are also entitled to a 10% discount at St James Guesthouses in Cape Town.
