Day Trips and Dining ExcursionsSome luxury trains have day trips; itineraries include dining & (normally) off-train visits, but you can do your own thing. Belmond British Pullman and Northern Belle also have dining excursions; chefs show off their culinary skills. Fine dining accompanied by matched wines is steward-served to gourmet passengers.
