Al Andalus, Spain

DELUXE Double Bed - Club price €6,532 pp (Gran Clase €5,460 pp)

Al Andalus has some original Wagons Lits carriages.

Al Andalus has twenty Deluxe Suites (9.9 sq m/107 sq ft) each has a double bed (150x200 cm / 59" x 79"), a mini-bar, safe, closet and a full bathroom with shaving points and a hairdryer.

Al Andalus travels between Seville and Malaga, either way, with occasional trips north - south or south - north, between Santiago de Compostela and Seville.

Andean Explorer, Peru

SUITE Double Bed - Club price from $6,045 pp (Bunk from $3,607 pp)

The Andean Explorer voyages across the High Andean Plains, one of the world's highest railways.

The largest Andean Explorer cabins are the Suites, each with a double bed and a seating area with two chairs and a table. A tall wardrobe provides storage, while the bathrooms are equipped with a shower, WC, vanity and pedestal washbasin. (13.1 m2)

Despite the adventurous route, onboard comfort, service, and cuisine are of the highest standards. Bellini benefits apply.

Danube Express Golden Eagle, Europe

SUPERIOR DELUXE Double Bed - Club price from $12,182 pp (Deluxe from $9,745 pp). € and £ prices available.

The Danube Express rail cruises cover routes in eastern Europe as well as well-liked journeys to and from Istanbul. Spacious suites and good cooking are underpinned by attentive service and interesting off-train visits.

Superior Deluxe inc. private bathroom: 93 sq ft / 8.6 m (14’9” long / 4.54 m long); double bed size: 6’2” x 5’0” / 1.90 m x 1.52 m.

Eastern and Oriental Express, Singapore / Malaysia

PRESIDENTIAL Twin Beds - Club price from $9,213 pp (Pullman from $3,656 pp)

The Eastern and Oriental Express is back with new round-trip journeys from Singapore into Malaysia. Standby by for news expected imminently.

125 square feet, a private lounge during the day, with banquette style sofa and fixed chair, and two movable chairs. Fixed daytime seating converts to two single beds at night. A private en suite shower, washbasin and WC is also provided in your cabin, along with a wardrobe and in-room safe.

Complimentary bar in their cabin, with house gin, whisky, vodka, rum, beers, and soft drinks, refilled during the journey (consumed in the cabin). Specific drinks requests possible. Presidential Suite bed size: 1829mm x 711mm

El Transcantabrico Gran Lujo, Spain

GRAN LUJO Double Bed or Twin Beds - Club price €8,677 pp (One class)

El Transcantabrico Gran Lujo is the most luxurious little train in the world. There are just two Gran Lujo suites per carriage.Traversing the lesser-known ‘Espana Verde’, the itinerary includes fascinating off-train experiences.

Suites with Double Bed - most suites are double bed, 150cms wide by 200cms long (5ft wide by 6ft 7ins long) double bed.

Twin-Bed Suites - 4 suites have twin beds, each bed being 85cms wide x 200cms long (3ft wide by 6ft 7ins long).

Suites are divided into three areas - bedroom, lounge and bathroom. The separate lounge has a sofa that converts to a comfortable bed; triple bookings available.

The bathroom has a shower with hydro-sauna, turbo massage, steam shower, as well as a hair dryer and toiletry amenities and bath robes.

Golden Eagle, Asia and Europe

The Golden Eagle was designed for long-distance rail travel in ultimate comfort; it continues to deliver superb service on these innovative routes through the ‘Stans’.

Maharajas Express, India

PRESIDENTIAL Double Bed - Club price from $13,871 pp (Deluxe from $5,006 pp)

The Maharajas Express is the embodiment of gracious living in the form of a luxury train with a level of service that 19th century Indian royalty would recognize.

(448 sq.ft): Two double bedrooms with bathrooms (one with a bath tub), living/dining area. Private vehicles for local excursions at all destinations.

Rovos - Pride of Africa, Southern Africa

ROYAL Double Bed or Twin Beds - Club price from ZAR R64,545 pp (Pullman from ZAR R33,637 pp)

Rovos Rail has a style all its own with train tours that have a blend of earthy African safari and traditional luxury, including some full-sized baths.

The four Royal Suites (16sqm) have their own private lounge area and feature a full en-suite bathroom with shower and Victorian bath. The Royal Suites each take up half a carriage.

Royal Scotsman, Scotland

Seven Stars in Kyushu is generally only available by lottery.The Club has a private charter 10 September 2024; this Deluxe suite is currently available. There are also 2 Suites available.
